About Anne
Anne practices general corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies at all stages of their life cycle, as well as investors and underwriters in a range of industries. Her practice includes entity formation, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.
During law school, Anne served as human rights officer for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the United Nations – Geneva. Anne also worked as a student associate with Berkeley Law’s New Business Community Law Clinic to provide pro bono legal work for startup companies.
