Anthony Hajj

Anthony advises public and private companies, private equity firms and banks and non-bank lenders in various financing and corporate transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, venture debt financings, mezzanine and other subordinated debt, structured financings, restructuring and recapitalizations, and convertible and high yield bond offerings.

Prior to joining Cooley, Anthony was an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
