Ariana G. Hiscott is a litigation associate in the trademark, copyright and advertising practice group, focusing on trademark prosecution and protection. Her practice includes counseling clients on the selection, availability, protection and enforcement of all types of trademarks; clearing, securing and maintaining trademark and copyright registrations both in the US and abroad; and trademark enforcement, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and courts.
