About Arianne
Arianne represents public and private companies at all stages of growth. She advises clients throughout the business life cycle on matters such as formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance.
While at Harvard Law School, Arianne was a student attorney in the Cyberlaw Clinic and a member of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Before practicing law, she held a variety of positions in the federal government, both on Capitol Hill and within various federal financial agencies.
