About Arielle
Arielle H. Friehling practices corporate and securities law, representing companies in various industries at all stages of their life cycle and the venture capital firms and institutional investors that finance them. Her practice covers a wide range of general corporate advising and transactional matters, including entity formation, organization and governance, venture-backed private financings, public company disclosure matters and M&A.
While at Harvard Law School, Arielle participated in the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, a student organization that, along with volunteer attorneys, offers free legal advice to startups affiliated with Harvard and MIT. She served as president of the organization in 2016.
