Arjan Ganji

Arjan advises public and private companies of all growth stages on a wide range of corporate matters, including formation, venture capital financing, mergers & acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations, public offerings and corporate governance. Arjan counsels companies and investors in various industries, including fintech, life sciences, ecommerce and financial services. 

Before joining Cooley, Arjan served as an articles editor for the International Law in Domestic Courts law journal at The George Washington University Law School. He also worked on Middle East foreign policy and national security issues at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
