About Audrey
Audrey represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation matters in federal and state court and private arbitration proceedings. Her practice focuses on class action defense, complex contract disputes, trade secret and privacy litigation, and false advertising and unfair competition claims. She counsels clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from pre-litigation demands through dispositive motion practice and trial, mediation and settlement negotiations, and appeals. Audrey has represented clients across industries, including online advertising, social networking, financial services and healthcare.
Audrey maintains an active pro bono practice focused on representing individuals, families and first-generation children in various immigration, education and criminal matters, as well as legal services organizations as amicus curiae before the US Courts of Appeals and US Supreme Court. She is a member of Cooley’s Pro Bono Committee and is actively engaged in the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to attending law school, Audrey was a special education teacher in Oakland, California.
