Austin Dressen

Austin Dressen is a startup company and venture capital lawyer who represents emerging technology companies and investors. His practice focuses on guiding founders from formation to financing, as well as advising on M&A, strategic relationships and general corporate matters.

Before receiving his JD and MBA from Northwestern University, Austin worked alongside several startup founders and investors, as well as holding advisory roles at Deloitte, Lazard and Techstars.
