About Becky
Becky practices general corporate and securities law, representing both private and public companies across various industries, as well as investors. Her practice includes entity formation, corporate governance, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.
During law school, Becky interned with the US Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California and the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division. She also participated in the Startup Legal Garage, a student organization that, along with volunteer attorneys, offers free legal advice to startups. In addition, as a UC Law SF Haiti Justice Partnership delegation member, she traveled to the US-Mexico border to conduct Know Your Rights training and supported Haitian nongovernmental organization partners at an Inter-American Commission on Human Rights session focused on gender-based violence in Haiti.
Before law school, Becky worked at several technology companies, coding, implementing systems, leading product development teams, and driving business model changes.
