About Ben

Ben practices general corporate and securities law. He represents private and public companies, as well as investors and underwriters, in a range of industries – including artificial intelligence and crypto/Web3, among others. His practice includes entity formation and organization, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, capital markets transactions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before attending law school, Ben worked in education consulting, advising international students on US university admissions strategies. He also worked in immigration consulting, where he guided international professionals and founders on US work-immigration and business-immigration pathways.

During law school, Ben served as co-president of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP), where he helped provide pro bono legal advice to Harvard and Massachusetts Institute of Technology startup founders. Ben also was the founder and Season 1 and 2 host of the HLEP Podcast – a resource he launched to help introduce law students and startup founders to corporate lawyering and legal issues across the corporate life cycle, from cradle to exit. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Allegheny College, Ben was a visiting student at the University of Oxford, St. Peter’s College, where he studied politics, philosophy and economics (PPE).
