Bethan advises on the establishment and impact of corporate transactions on executive compensation, share plan and employment law matters and associated corporate governance issues.

Bethan’s advisory work includes all aspects of share-based and cash-based incentive arrangements for employees and executives, as well as on the implementation and operation of incentive plans (including HMRC tax-advantaged plans) both in the UK and internationally. She also advises on a spectrum of employment law issues, including business transfers, executive recruitment and termination, retention arrangements and people implications of global transactions.
