About Blake
A Silicon Valley native, Blake has more than 20 years of legal experience practicing executive compensation and employee benefits in the San Francisco Bay Area. Blake advises early to late-stage venture-backed and privately-held companies on equity compensation matters. His primary practice focus is two-fold: working with investors and venture backed companies from inception to exit (IPO, direct listing) and mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side). In each of Blake’s two primary areas of focus, his practice encompasses tax, securities, accounting and corporate law matters.
