About Breanna
Breanna focuses her practice on the areas of executive compensation, equity compensation and employee benefits. She advises public and private companies on a broad range of compensation and benefits topics, including mergers & acquisitions and public offerings.
While attending law school, Breanna served as an editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and she held leadership positions in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Women in Tech Law. She also graduated with a Business Law Certificate.
