About Brett
Brett is a former entrepreneur turned startup attorney who is passionate about working with and serving entrepreneurs. He represents emerging and late-stage private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, M&A, strategic collaborations, commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, and employment and compensation arrangements. Brett also advises venture capital firms and other early-stage investors in connection with financings and other transactions. Over the last four years, he has represented companies and venture capitalists in 100+ private financings.
Before joining Cooley, Brett ran two technology startups – Panelfly and Perfect Squad.
