
About Brian
Brian represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes throughout the country, with a focus on antitrust, intellectual property, general commercial and securities litigation. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, technology, life sciences, and financial services. Brian also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Brian received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk to Judge John A. Woodcock Jr. of the US District Court for the District of Maine. Before joining Cooley, Brian worked at a US-based international law firm.
