About Cailin

Cailin’s practice focuses on advising emerging and established fintech companies, financial services companies and financial institutions on complex regulatory and transactional matters. She has worked on a wide range of issues – including state lending and licensing regimes, money transmission and compliance initiatives, and US anti-money laundering and economic sanctions laws.

Cailin graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was an editor for the Science and Technology Law Review and held leadership positions in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Public Interest Law Foundation.
