Cameron is an associate in Cooley’s emerging companies and venture capital practice, where he has garnered deep experience in steering clients through the intricate fundraising landscape of venture capital. He provides a seamless blend of legal acumen and strategic advisement to startups throughout their life cycle, from inception to exit, and addresses all corporate governance matters that may arise in between with precision and insight.

Cameron has roots in Cooley’s Palo Alto office, and he currently practices in the firm’s Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles offices, effectively serving a diverse clientele spanning from Silicon Valley to Silicon Beach.
