Caolinn Mejza

Caolinn focuses her practice on general corporate law and advising emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle. She represents her clients on matters involving formation, corporate governance, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and liquidity events.

While at New York University School of Law, Caolinn served as an online editor and podcast host for the New York University Law Review and served on the board of the NYU Asian-Pacific Allied Law Students Association. Caolinn also interned at the US Securities and Exchange Commission during law school.
