About Carly
Carly represents private companies and venture capital investors in connection with a range of corporate transactions, including formation and capital raising, international flips/reincorporations, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, and corporate governance matters.
In addition to her corporate practice, Carly maintains a robust pro bono practice primarily focused on issues related to voting rights, racial justice and wrongful incarceration.
Before joining Cooley, Carly was an associate in the corporate group at a US-based international law firm. Before law school, she founded a marketing consulting company in Chicago, where she advised startups, nonprofits and Fortune 100 companies.
