About Caroline
Caroline Vu's practice is directed on the representation of public and private biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, in a variety of transactions, particularly those relating to strategic relationships for the research, development and commercialization of novel products and technologies.
Prior to rejoining Cooley, Caroline served as senior counsel at Exelixis and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where she advised operational and management teams on various legal and regulatory issues relating to drug research, development and commercialization, and negotiated a wide range of business and research contracts, including agreements for domestic and international clinical trials, research collaborations, licensing, drug supply and vendor services. Caroline began her legal career as an associate in Cooley's Life Sciences practice group in 2004.
