About Casey
Casey Schulte is a special counsel in the fund formation group and joined Cooley in 2001. His practice focuses on the formation and representation of private equity and venture capital funds, including representation of issuers and venture capital funds in private financing transactions. Casey also represents emerging growth companies in financing transactions and matters of general business and corporate law.
Prior to attending law school, Casey worked at the Exxon Chemical Company as a process engineer in aromatics manufacturing.
