Charles King

Charles King oversees the administration and management of Cooley’s Asia offices. In this role, he coordinates with firm leadership to guide the local Directors of Administration in regards to general office operations, HR, facilities, financial management, and compliance. 

Charles has over 15 years of experience leading legal teams through complex changes that drive improved efficiency and work quality. 

He and the administration team ensure that the business runs smoothly, practitioners are supported in their work and there is a consistent level of client service. The team demonstrates and promotes Cooley values and culture.
