Chelsea Braun

Chelsea is an associate in Cooley’s general corporate practice group, where she advises private and public companies in a wide range of industries and through various stages of the business life cycle.

While attending Northeastern University School of Law, Chelsea was senior articles editor for the Northeastern University Law Review. She also served as a legal intern for a large public tech company and a public biotech company operating within the life sciences industry.
