About Chen

Chen Chen focuses her practice on representing public and private biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies in intellectual property and commercial transactions, equity financings, initial public offering, as well as assisting with public company disclosure and corporate governance matters.

Chen received a JD from Harvard Law School, where she served as co-president of China Law Association. She earned a PhD in chemistry from Stanford University, where she used and developed synchrotron-based x-ray techniques to study the structure and dynamics of chemical and biochemical systems in solution.
