About Christina
Christina Stock serves as the US Patent Resource Attorney. In that capacity, she provides guidance to Cooley’s 100+ US patent lawyers and professionals regarding rules and procedures required by US and foreign patent offices, is involved in developing and leading patent-related trainings for all US-based patent practitioners, and also communicates all relevant legal and regulatory developments to the group.
Prior to assuming her role as resource attorney in May 2019, Christina’s practice focused on all aspects of foreign and domestic patent prosecution, including preparing US and foreign patent applications, claim drafting, preparing responses to Patent Office communications and client counseling. She also has experience in freedom-to-operate analyses, non-infringement and invalidity opinion work, inventorship determinations, IP due diligence activities, as well as reviewing IP licensing and other technology transfer agreements.
Prior to joining Cooley, Christina was a patent lawyer at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo for more than 14 years. Prior to that, she practiced at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett, and Dunner.
