About Cicely
Cicely practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of their life cycle, as well as advising venture capital firms and other institutional investors. Her practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, corporate governance, public company offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
While attending Stanford Law School, Cicely served as co-president of the Women of Color Collective, was named a Franke fellow and studied at Waseda Law School in Tokyo, Japan. She also was an intern for the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Prior to law school, Cicely was a commissioned bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank.
