About Claire
Claire litigates nationwide and her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, defense of class actions, and securities litigation in both state and federal court. Her clients come from a wide range of industries and include healthcare providers, biotechnology companies, financial institutions, and technology start-ups. Claire also has substantial experience representing clients in investigations by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
While attending Cornell Law School, Claire was a member of the International Law Journal and served as an associate editor at the Legal Information Institute. She also worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Seeborg, Chief District Judge, Northern District of California and interned for the San Francisco District Attorney.
