Craig Venable

Craig R. Venable is a special counsel in the emerging companies and venture capital practice groups and a member of the Cooley business department. He joined Cooley in 1997 and is resident in the Palo Alto office. Craig's practice consists of general business and corporate law matters, including securities transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies. 

Craig had eight years of experience in finance and business development as a banker and executive in the media industry prior to attending law school.
