About Creigh
Creigh counsels private and public companies on a range of corporate matters, including company formation, financing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Creigh received his JD and MBA from Georgetown University. While attending graduate school, he worked at the top performance, wellness and entertainment platform in the country and for a gene therapy company driving innovation in messenger RNA trans-splicing. Additionally, Creigh externed for Judge Ryan T. Holte on the US Court of Federal Claims and served as an editor for The Georgetown Law Journal.
Before graduate school, Creigh served in the US Navy for seven years, contributing to missions including cyber operations, submarine operations, intelligence collection and targeting. He received his BS in chemistry with a specialization in biochemistry from the University of Virginia.
