About Daniel
Daniel Gillon represents public and private companies in corporate and securities matters, including private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance. He also advises biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences companies on licensing and commercial agreements.
During law school, Daniel advised local non-profit organizations through his school’s Community Enterprise Law Clinic, and participated in transactional law competitions, placing first in the 2020 William & Mary Transaction Law Tournament and the 2019 Duke Intramural Transactional Law Competition. Daniel was articles editor for Law & Contemporary Problems.
Prior to attending law school, Daniel earned a MS in aquaculture at the University of Washington, where he studied the genetics of climate change adaptation in oysters.
