About Daniel
Daniel advises private, venture-backed technology companies, venture capitalists, angel investors and executives. He has extensive experience working with technology companies in all areas of business, with a particular focus on the agtech, fintech, Internet of Things, ecommerce, electronics, cleantech and advanced materials industries. His experience includes forming domestic and foreign companies, structuring and executing financings (including debt and equity), structuring liquidity programs and secondary transactions, and advising companies and investors across various industries – and around the world – on strategic corporate and business matters.
Daniel also acts as a trusted extension of the management team, counseling executives and boards of directors on a range of business issues, including compensation and strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, partnerships and commercial arrangements).
