About Daniel
Daniel is a UK and European Patent Attorney with experience in a wide range of IP matters in the life sciences. He advises clients in relation to biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device patents in a divers range of fields including formulation, immunotherapeutic, antibody and assay technologies. Daniel's practice includes UK and European prosecution, drafting, oppositions, portfolio management and foreign prosecution work.
Prior to joining Cooley, Daniel was a technical assistant at Mintz Levin. Before entering the patent profession, he gained over three years experience as a scientist in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
