Danielle Crinnion

Danielle Crinnion focuses her practice on intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Danielle worked in public relations, working with Broadway productions, fashion and entertainment clients. Prior to working at Cooley, Danielle interned with the legal team at Donna Karan International and worked as a capital markets associate at Skadden, Arps in New York. Danielle's article entitled “Get Your Own Street Cred: An Argument for Trademark Protection for Street Art” was published in the Boston College Law Review in 2017.
