Darina Shtrakhman

Darina practices general litigation with a focus on technology and privacy matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before joining Cooley, Darina was a judicial law clerk to Judge Wendy Beetlestone of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked on cases in the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, on which Judge Beetlestone sat by designation.

While at Berkeley Law, Darina interned at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and served on the executive committee of the California Law Review.
