About David
David Dalton advises clients on structuring and tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructurings. He has also represented clients in connection with federal and state tax controversies, voluntary disclosures and private letter rulings and helped several nonprofit organizations achieve and preserve tax-exempt status.
Prior to joining Cooley, David was an associate at Greenberg Traurig.
