About David
David assists clients with all aspects of privacy and data security compliance and risk management, and he advises on transactional, regulatory and compliance challenges relevant to data privacy and security. David employs his eight+ years of experience to advise global companies on their most complex data protection strategy and compliance governing all aspects of information management. David helps clients develop privacy strategies for digital transformations, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, commercial and marketing programs, and data analytics. He has experience assisting clients with structuring their approach to data privacy in specialized areas – such as cloud computing, online marketplaces and gaming companies.
David’s experience includes:
- Assisting US tech companies in their regulatory dialogue with the European Commission on various new digital proposals, such as the Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act
- Work involving data flow between the US and European Union, along with privacy projects across multiple jurisdictions in the EU and US
- Extensive work with clients in the gaming market, app store market and artificial intelligence cloud computing, as well as large US social and retail digital platforms
David is fluent in Danish and English and is a fluent Hebrew speaker.
