Dayne advises high-growth companies and their investors. She has deep experience in capital markets and pre-IPO financings on both the East and West coasts and provides strategic and practical advice related to corporate governance, reporting obligations and other complex issues.

 Dayne is a member of Cooley’s Associates’ Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice.
