Delina Mesfin

Delina represents private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. She advises clients on matters including formation, financings, public offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations, and general corporate governance.

While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Delina served as a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic and continues assisting nonprofits through her pro bono practice.
