Dennis Craig serves as a trusted advisor to high growth companies and their investors, from formation to exit. A significant portion of his practice includes venture capital and growth equity transactions; fund formation and investment matters; as well as advising public companies and underwriters on their various needs including securities offerings and SEC reporting obligations.

Dennis’s fund formation and transactional expertise is bolstered by his experience in the venture capital space, where he successfully raised funds and syndicated multiple investments in technology companies.

Dennis is deeply committed to driving meaningful change in the ecosystem as it relates to diversity and inclusion – he is a “go-to” connector for underrepresented minority founders, and regularly contributes thought leadership that speaks to the unique challenges and opportunities of these entrepreneurs. While attending law school, Dennis was a finalist for the Leonsis Family Entrepreneurship Prize in recognition of his venture capital fund, Farley Craig Capital and its ability to invest in the growth of diverse-led startups.
