About Dillon
Dillon Martinson is a special counsel in the firm’s CFIUS practice. Dillon advises clients on national security matters, specializing in helping clients navigate voluntary and mandatory CFIUS filings. Previously, Dillon served as a senior policy advisor at the US Department of the Treasury where he led over 60 CFIUS reviews and negotiated numerous complex and confidential mitigation agreements between transaction parties and the government. Dillon’s unique perspective provides clients with an in-depth understanding of the CFIUS process and broader government viewpoints on national security.
