About Dina
Dina Andrawess joined Cooley in 2005. She specializes in commercial lending, debt finance and secured transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, asset-based lenders and emerging growth companies with respect to documentation of credit finance arrangements.
Prior to joining Cooley, Dina was an associate at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP and its predecessor Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich in East Palo Alto, California. In 2000, she was a summer associate at Goulston & Storrs in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1999, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judith Fabricant, Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
