Drew Williamson

Drew Williamson is a partner in the capital markets practice group. Drew's practice centers on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of public and private companies. He has represented public and private companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms in the software, internet, life sciences, semiconductor, cleantech, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and distribution industries.

Drew is a member of the board of directors of the All Stars Project, Inc., which transforms the lives of youth from poor and underserved communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults.
