Dylan Scott

Dylan represents companies and individuals in the real estate, technology, and healthcare industries in complex business disputes – including disputes concerning real estate transactions, land use, commercial contracts, mergers, securities and corporate governance. He has experience litigating cases at all stages, from motion practice through trial, post-trial motions and appeal.

Dylan earned his JD from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded the Masin Family Academic Excellence Award in Antitrust and Law & Economics. During law school, he served as a managing editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy; he also worked as a judicial extern for Judge Michael M. Anello of the US District Court for the Southern District of California.

Prior to law school, Dylan was an associate at a government relations firm and held business development roles in the technology sector.
