About Eamonn
Eamonn is a skilled intellectual property attorney focusing on patent and trade secret litigation. His ability to quickly master complex issues is recognized by leading technology and life sciences companies, which trust him to handle cases across a broad range of science and technology areas, including wireless communication standards and devices, semiconductor device design and fabrication, video and audio codecs, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, medical devices, pharmaceutical composition and manufacturing, motion sensing, photovoltaic modules, thin film deposition systems, spectroscopic devices, and software.
Eamonn has successfully represented companies in district court litigation, arbitration, International Trade Commission investigations, and US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) proceedings. His achievements have earned him recognition in the legal community, including twice being named to The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs list – on April 15, 2022, and May 3, 2024. Eamonn also has advised clients on issues related to the abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) process and the abbreviated regulatory pathway for biosimilars, created via the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA). He has served as lead counsel in district court, at the USPTO and at the Federal Circuit. Eamonn was elected to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in 2024.
In addition to his litigation practice, Eamonn continues to assist clients with patent prosecution and counseling matters.
