About Teddy
Teddy’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic investments and carve-out transactions. He has advised public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across multiple industries. He also has significant experience advising clients with respect to corporate governance, activism and takeover defense matters.
