About Elizabeth
Elizabeth assists clients across the US in complex civil litigation and provides counseling in the fields of trademark and copyright law. She has represented companies in matters that run the gamut, including trademark and/or copyright infringement, false advertising, trade secrets, contract disputes and corporate transactions. Elizabeth advises clients in all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice and trial.
Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice, earning a runners-up spot on The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs list. She has dedicated her pro bono work to promoting race and gender equity and securing legal protections for the most vulnerable members of our society. Elizabeth has taken her pro bono work nationwide and all the way to the US Supreme Court.
