Ellie Winter Barczak

Ellie works with technology companies in business disputes, regulator matters and class actions. She has experience with data privacy, contract dispute, business tort, trade secret and securities litigation. Ellie also represents individuals in a variety of white-collar criminal defense cases in both state and federal court.

Ellie has litigated appeals before the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.

During law school, Ellie was a member of the competitive trial team and won the American Association for Justice National Tournament in 2018. She also published a student note in the Hastings Law Journal on the ethical implications of Catholic healthcare organizations on reproductive rights.
