About Emily
Emily Iannarelli practices general corporate law, with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies, public companies and venture capital funds.
While at the University of California, Davis School of Law, she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was awarded the Dean’s Merit and Academic Excellence Scholarships. Emily received multiple Witkin Awards, including Legal Research and Writing, Employment Law, and Business Planning & Drafting, among others. Emily served as the managing editor of the UC Davis Law Review and was a teaching assistant for a Constitutional Law course.
Prior to law school, Emily taught English in France.
