About Emily J.
Emily focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and governmental investigations. She has worked on a wide range of issues – including breach of contract claims, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) issues and securities litigation. Emily also is passionate about her pro bono practice.
Emily clerked for Judge Julio M. Fuentes of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also clerked for Judge Kevin McNulty and Judge John Michael Vazquez of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Emily graduated from the New York University (NYU) School of Law, where she served as an editor of the NYU Law Review and a board member of NYU Law Women. She was a research assistant to professors Erin Murphy and Helen Hershkoff, as well as a teaching assistant to professor Mark Geistfeld.
