About Emily
Emily Lee practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.
While in law school, Emily advised startups through the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center and interned at Stripe Inc. and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She also served as a co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and was an associate editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
Prior to law school, Emily taught middle school exceptional children in Oxford, North Carolina.
